iDig Connect 3D

$27,000.00

iDig Connect 3D is a GPS-based excavator grade control system that provides real-time, three-dimensional positioning for excavation projects. The system is used by machine operators to increase precision and efficiency on jobsites, eliminating the need for traditional grade checking methods.

Key features of the iDig Connect 3D system:

3D Capabilities: The system allows operators to work directly from digital design plans, such as DXF or LandXML files, for precise cut and fill operations.

Real-time positioning: It uses a single GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) antenna, known as SPOTMAN, to track the position of the machine and the bucket in real-time. This eliminates the need for physical stakes or lasers on the jobsite.

Integrated survey rover: The SPOTMAN GNSS unit can be detached from the machine and used as a rover for surveying and site layout tasks.

Wireless and solar-powered: The system's sensors are wireless and solar-rechargeable, simplifying installation and allowing them to be quickly moved between different excavators.

In-cab display: A durable, touchscreen control box in the cab provides a visual representation of the project, including 3D, perspective, and cross-section views.

Intuitive software: The user-friendly software includes features for surface excavation, grade guidance, and creating simple 3D designs on the control box itself.

Height alerts: The system can issue a warning signal when the bucket is close to a height hazard or an avoidance zone specified in the design.

Upgrade path: The Connect system is scalable, allowing users to start with a 2D system and upgrade to 3D capabilities as their needs evolve.
